My Projects

Target Users

The "Heal All" project focused on immigrants residing in Ontario, Canada, who are not eligible for OHIP coverage. These individuals often face barriers when seeking healthcare, such as limited access to primary care, high costs for medical services, and language barriers. By focusing on their needs, I aimed to create a solution that would improve their healthcare experience and ensure they receive the necessary care.

User Research and Insights

To develop an empathetic and effective solution, I conducted extensive user research. Through interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies, I gained deep insights into the experiences and pain points of the target user group. Language barriers, lack of familiarity with the healthcare system, and financial constraints were identified as key obstacles.

Design Solutions

Based on the research findings, I developed user-centered design solutions that focused on addressing the specific needs of the target users. I implemented features and functionalities that facilitated language assistance, provided information on affordable healthcare options, and enabled easy access to culturally competent healthcare providers. The designs aimed to create a seamless and supportive healthcare journey for immigrants, ensuring that they can access necessary care without unnecessary hurdles.
